This concept highlights how Monotype can shed light on the erasure of policies and language that support DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion). By leveraging typography and print technology as a powerful storytelling tool, we reveal how this erasure weakens the very foundation of America—exposing the gaps left behind when inclusivity is stripped away.

Strategy:

This campaign showcases how Monotype can shed light on the erasure of DEI-supporting policies and language, using typography and print technology as a storytelling tool. Through interactive, glow-in-the-dark billboards, murals, and a dynamic website, we reveal how the absence of “D,” “E,” and “I” letters distorts meaning and weakens the very foundation of America. At night, the hidden letters illuminate, symbolizing how DEI remains vital but often overlooked. By exposing the gaps left behind when inclusivity is stripped away, we spark conversations on the urgent need to restore and protect these core values in our society.
